@sojharo @arveenkumar55 You are saying it was working on 2/26 but not on 2/27. I do not see a production merge after 2/26.

Have you checked if the WebHook is coming thru from FB?

I looked into this and found that for the pages that I have connected on both staging and production, the facebook webhook event is only sent to our staging webhook server, not our production webhook server, thus why it doesn't update the sent and seen count in our production database.

The following screenshot is of a broadcast that I sent on production, however the facebook event is being received on our staging webhook server, but not our production webhook server:

I connected a new page on my production account that wasn't connected on my staging account, and subscribed to the page. I sent a broadcast to that page and found that the sent and seen was being updated correctly for that page. The facebook event for that page was being sent to our production webhook server:

I wasn't able to find a reason for this happening, so I will look further into it with @sojharo.

I discussed this with @sojharo. This happens when we connect the same page to both staging and production. Facebook is sending the event to only one server, either staging or production depending on where the page was first connected. Since only CloudKibo staff has accounts on staging server, this issue only affects us and no other production users. This issue can be closed.
