Instead of reloading remote files everytime you do /dyngui reload. Should add a separate command for reloading remote files.

Currently we have dyngui reload and forcereload. Should there be a reloadremote or remotereload? Should forcereload also load remote files?

Yes, I think there should be reloadremote/remotereload.

I think it would also make sense to load remote files via forcereload.

Maybe macros should get their own reload comands as well since macros causes the server to hang longer than usual depending on how big it is. Knowing a certain someone, he'll use macros a lot.
