Update icons in Podfile metadata view

They're currently in the Sketch document. Coming in from PR #141

Looks like this ATM, which are just roughs that I've built to get a feel.

After seeing them in context:

I'd rather they have a consistent top-height. Centering vertically only makes sense when they are going to be next to each other. They're always aligned with the title next to them, so better to ensure consistency there.

• Create 100x100 artboards
• Align them to the top
• Change the feel a bit, to match the console placeholders

Icons on console / open views are "hints" and those, here, are object representations so I think they could be darker, more visible. Shapes are 👍

Like the direction, general feel is I'd like them bolder - similar to @wrutkowski

Yep, I think we'll have to do something about that Xcodeproj icon too after this. It doesn't fit. Maybe we could have a "Open Xcodeproj button thing" with it next to it.

What about empty document / sheet with Xcode icon on it? Without blue colour, similar to mobile?
