Bring metadata to .NET MAUI

The community toolkit already introduced MediaElement. Although it works super well (props to Gerald). However there are currently some key limitations, the biggest one for me (in my opinion) is the NowPlaying Live Activity being entirely empty on iOS. Even when passing through metadata with the MP3 I'm playing.

I kinda expect the code to stay largely the same since the class doesn't really use any of the UI elements... I already attempted adding it to a class but I didn't have any luck. Maybe the CommunityToolkit devs can take a look at it and see if they can pull it off?

The reason why I would like to have this added is because of the possibility of seeing what you're actually playing through AirPlay or via Bluetooth on my car. It would make life so much easier instead of scrubbing through songs without knowing what they are.
