I also have problems with the sprite function: I use this dir-structure -> /themes/foobar/css, /themes/foobar/scss, /themes/foobar/images/ and I run all grunt jobs in the foobar directory ... if you need some other info, please ask! :)

error in grunt-output -> error scss/sprites.scss (Line 497 of d:/xampp/htdocs/maw-cms/themes/images/spritesTest/*.png: Invalid URL: ../images/spritesTest-s3567518b19.png (not enough parent directories) for `sprite-url')

-> "themes/images" <- here the theme-dir is missing?!
