Add build profile and create artefact that can run on java 9+ JVM.

Create build profile that builds a separate jigsaw compatible deployment artefact.

Actions.

  1. Add Jaxb and any other dependencies in previous JVMs (6-8)
  2. Configure Eclipselink Moxy as global Jaxb provider
  3. Add build profile
  4. Add Travis build to build and execute tests against JVMs
