Browsing "People" shows All CMs

Selecting "People" shows all Council Members in the system alphabetically, even those no longer serving.
See: https://councildataproject.github.io/seattle/#/people

Solution

Ideally, current CMs would be listed first, with previous members visually designated.
Pacheco, Harrell, O'Brien, Bagshaw, and Johnson could be appended with "(Year-Year)"

Ideally, we could also designate the Council President (currently CM González is serving)

Easy Fix

Would it be possible to sort by most recent instead of alphabetically?

Hey @moo !

Totally agree, and so did some UX designers and researchers who worked on the project.

The related "future-CDP" card and work is tracked on: #5

And we are planning to address this specific issue by keeping track of "current" and "past" council members literally as a split in the page.

"Current Council Members" -> Cards
"Past Council Members" -> Cards

On this note, I am going to transfer this issue over to cdp-frontend the active development repo as I don't think we will get around to patching this.
