[feature request] Always save Latest imgs

I would like to ask for a configuration property which would always save captured images into /latest directory. This would at first enable to debug if there is any image in baseline extra and at second enable great 3rd party tools like reg-viz to work without hacks like copying those files into latest itself which could introduce missed regressions. Thank you.
