When you create a new file in a project on save it doesn't offer you to save in project folder.
OS: Windows 10 TH2_release

What folder does it default to?

Install Path (C:\Program Files (x86)\Crunch)

Oh wow, interesting, the application install path. I would think the worst case scenario would be your home user directory. Will definitely mark as a bug then.

I fixed this! Even though it wasn't a Crunch bug (it was NWJS's) and no one had figured it out for the last 6 months! - nwjs/nw.js#3372
