[Bug] the "Buy me a coffee" button/link is missing #269

How are we supposed to buy you a coffee (or your beverage of choice) when the button/link has been missing ever since the first release?

Am I to just mail cash to random addresses and hope that I get lucky enough it makes it to yours? That seems very impractical Cubitect.

I would also be happy if I could buy Cubitect a coffee, in fact, I would make it a habit.
