With the migration of the code over to the aether dependency tree it is no longer necessary to determine the PURLs of the resolved artifacts, the
NODE_DATA_WINNERdata item can be used instead.@hboutemy I have changes ready to go for this, will wait for #310 to merge before creating the PR.
