Discovered in the DnnCommunity.org website... The comments engine does a good job of attempting to automatically link domain names in the comments. Perhaps, too good. If someone happens to be speaking about App_Offline.html for example, it thinks that you're trying to link to a website at App_Offlin.ht.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install DNN & Blog
Configure the blog to allow you to create a new post.
Create a new post.
As any user, add a comment that mentions App_Offline.html. Do not include any other text that could potentially be a website.
Expected behavior
The comment is posted with no links/URLs.
