Relies on #29 to be done first.

Further enhancement to the editorial system that DOAJ uses to review records:

  • Enhancement to notes
  • Flags
  • View of the form that helps editorial with their work

DOAJ undertook extensive user research to uncover pain points, bottlenecks, and design problems with the current editorial workflow system. The final report with recommendations was presented to the DOAJ Editorial Team in August. The Executive and Editorial Leadership team are meeting in London to scope the findings. A summary will be published on the blog and distributed to partners who asked for information on our findings.
