@nathanbaleeta - agreed. It is a cool platform, so if they could provide a Github repository for the visualization platform or a license for the datasets that are contained here it could definitely be added.

Sounds good. Same comment as #814:

But rather than closing without merging, I would ask you to move this file to the excluded-nominees/ folder and add a line to the README.md in that folder capturing the decision we have agreed to so that we have a record of it.
