If DS100 is offered as CS C100, will only declared EECS/CS majors be able to directly enroll in the class during Phase I/II?

Yes, only declared DS/CS/EECS majors will be able to enroll in Phase I/II since it is a CS upper div this semester; however, we do expect to be able to accommodate everyone during the adjustment period.
