Config.yml keeps resetting? HELP!

Ok I love your plugin! It really makes my server look "fresh" and in general gives me a lot of choices of what to do. However I wanted to use animations and chat bubbles, but whenever I alter any options on the config like "chat bubble from false to true" and save it and run the server again it just resets it back to the default config. I really need some help on this, I'm running the latest 1.7.2 version on my server which matches it. If I do install another version will it delete my holograms I've already made? I'd rather not though thanks for the help!

Do you make the changes while the server is shut down? You can also try making the changes while the server is running then doing /holo reload.
