There's a bug in the clearing of identified overlaps. This is probably not specific to DMR or these identifiers, but here is how to reproduce.

Create 2 aliases each with single identifiers for DMR radio ID 80000. Click Save. Overlap warning appears on both aliases.

Go to the second alias, and change identifier to 80001. Click Save. Overlap warning clears on first alias, but the overlap warning still appears on the second alias despite no overlap.

Next, change identifier from 80001 to 90001, click save, and the overlap warning still stays.
Next, delete the identifier altogether (keeping the alias), click save, and the overlap warning still stays (overlap warning despite 0 identifiers).
Next, re-add an identifier, click save, and the warning finally disappears.
