new release?

Hi,

Thank you for maintaining this amazing tool! I want to use tyssue to teach tissue mechanics, but installing from source is difficult for non-ubuntu users and I need the fixes you made recently for visualisation. Are you expecting to make a new pypi or conda release in the near future?

We definitely plan on doing a new release, I should be working on it on the coming weeks

Also you can install the latest version of the package with pip install https://github.com/DamCB/tyssue/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
