Possibly have some way of getting committee members to register people manually? Would require them to know their full discord username (including the number)
Another less optimal option would be to accept their name instead of their student number in the case of alumni

If required, they can currently be added directly into get_members with some arbitrary student number which they can be sent. Obviously this is less than ideal, but it works
