Trino is a query engine to perform query federation across disperse data sources (e.g Postgres, Redshift) via simple ANSI SQL. There is a dbt-trino adapter available which comes with a great support of dbts core functionality .

Implementing support for Trino would kill several birds with one stone. What are your thoughts?
