As discussed in #84

Mit "Units" ein kleines Beispiel. Ich habe den Wert Sonnenscheindauer sunshineDur in der DB in Sekunden. In einem Tagesdiagramm möchte ich die Sonnenscheindauer sunshineDur in Minuten (gruppiert nach Stunde) anzeigen, in einem Monatsdiagramm sunshineDur in Stunden (gruppiert nach Tag). Oder funktioniert das schon und ich hab's übersehen?

Also relevant for #89

Not sure if this should also be configurable for the stats/tables!? Since there is currently no need to configure this for the tables (and the stat tiles in particular), this will be only implemented for the diagrams as a start.
