No playback after playing non-existent files

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play a normal track, ensure that music is playing.
2. Play a track, where file is no longer on the disk.
3. Play a normal track again.

Normal track is then stuck at 0:00.

Failed to play track: H:/Movie Themes music/11. Various - Cabaret.flac
...
Failed to play track: H:/Movie Themes music/10. Various - Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head.flac
portaudio: Sample format wrong? Using Int16.
