Update dependencies after hydrolib-core and meshkernel release #232

When hydrolib-core 0.5.0 and meshkernel 2.0.3 is available, update deps to:

  • hydrolib-core>=0.5.0 (contains TimModel, pytest and generate-documentation fail until then)
  • meshkernel>=2.0.3 (working is_geometric etc)
  • check TODO in example scripts

Test with new env from yml.

For now used meshkernel 2.0.2
