This is a placeholder/reminder to create a remote importer for ThreadFix so that it can pull in vulnerability information from Dependency-Track via it's APIs.

Blocked by @denimgroup for not supplying the ThreadFix 2.5.x plugin API kit.

Source, docs, and dependencies still being worked out, but issue is starting to unblock.

Work on the remote importer has started and (when complete) will be included in future versions of ThreadFix.
