This release contains:

  • The novel handling of Loom and 10x .h5 files (both from scATAC-seq and scRNA-seq) at the parsing step
  • The handling of Loom files all along the project: locking of Loom files, adding annotations (such as Differential Expression or Clustering results), etc.
  • Novel R scripts with Seurat methods (specifically Seurat version for Loom files)
