Before choice's clic:

After choice's clic:

Save user's choice into component's store.
Display the form input with button submit
Check if the input is not empty, if empty display error message.
Send mail's feedback.
Display validation's message.

After submit's clic:

Close the validation's message and form after 5 seconds.
