Diggie End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (here in after referred to as the "Agreement") before downloading, 
or using Diggie (here in after referred to as the "Application").

For clarity, this covers your use of Previews. We encourage your use of this Preview version of our Application 
for testing purpose and very much welcome your feedback about the Preview application. 

By using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do
not agreee to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

1. License. Serverless Operations, Inc. (here in after referred to as the "Company") grants you a revocable, 
non exclusive, not transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your
purpose in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions. You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
(i)    transfer, assign or sublicense its license rights to any other person;
(ii)   modify the Application;
(iii)  rent, lease or use the Application as a service bureau.
(iiii) decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Application to gain access to 
       trade secrets or confidential information in the Application.

3. Modifications to Application. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily
or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with our without notice and without
liability to you.

4. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company. The Company,
may in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without
prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from the Company, in the event that you
fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application.
Upon termination fo this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application
from your desktop.

5. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable of invalid, such provision will be
changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable
law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

6. Amendments to This Agreement. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this
Agreement at any time. What constitutes a material change will determined at our sole discretion.
