Problem

Hot reload doesn't turn off.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a new empty app.
  • Run dx serve --hot-reload=false
  • Make a change.

Expected behavior

The app shouldn't be reloaded.

Environment:

  • Dioxus version: 0.5.1 crate, latest git CLI (updated today)
  • Rust version: 1.78.0
  • OS info: Windows 10
  • App platform: desktop, web, but the other platforms probably have the same issue
