Ran gentest script against Chrome 124

What went wrong

The grid_aspect_ratio_fill_child_min_width test started failing

This may actually be a Chrome bug. Taffy's layout still matches Firefox and Safari. Issue opened in Chrome's bug tracker here: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/340363672
