People Groups field no longer working properly for Group Details after v1 Theme release #580

Observed on both iOS and Android

Steps to reproduce (View):

  1. Select a Group that you know has People Groups specified (per Website)
  2. Click Details tab
  3. Observe that People Groups list does not exist

Steps to reproduce (Edit):

  1. Select a Group
  2. Click Details tab
  3. Click Edit button
  4. Type in a few variations of characters
  5. Observe that select list does not appear
