./dlackware update-gnome-version

The buildsystem should have the following function.
./dlackware update-gnome-version
download ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/teams/releng/$VERSION/versions
compare version with .info files and update where needed, log all packagename that had a change in a text file.
so we can manually make it the compile-order as it only a hand full of packages that will be upgraded from 3.xx.1 to 3.xx.2 etc.
it will also make it easier to release updates.
