Simulations show spurious(?) left/right difference potentially due to handling of localite/T1 data #20
Comments
@MaCuinea just pinging you here |
This is an issue that popped up in Sjoerd's dataset. This might have been caused by him using a beta version of Localite. |
Additionally, it would be nice if the functionality for translating all Localite coordinates could be integrated into the existing [position_transducer_localite])https://github.com/Donders-Institute/PRESTUS/blob/master/functions/position_transducer_localite.m) script, instead of it just reading out the first set of coordinates. |
@MaCuinea If I understood you correctly, you are looking into the localite alignment right now, correct? Maybe you could add some details to the issue here, if it isn't already fixed. |
I am not looking into the localite alignment in such a way. The issue that I had with Soha's dataset is most likely caused by the deviation found when registering someone's head. |
"*the difference between the left and right transducer's average Isppa is mostly caused by a shift of the localite data with respect to our T1's"
@KTZ228 waiting for your clarification on whether the shift is constant across participants?
