Change "Explore - Installed - Updates" to a navigation bar at the bottom

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Reaching the navigation bar at the top is a little hard due to modern phones' screen sizes. Most other apps use a bottom navigation bar as well and I think implementing similar interactions in a similar way makes sense. The bottom navigation bar would also correctly follow Material 3 guidelines.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a bottom navigation bar instead. It's way easier to reach.

I know there is already #474, which addressed this but that issue addressed like 3 things at once, which makes it hard to keep track of.

Thanks this is planned with a ui overhaul after the issues in #287 are fixed.

I think a bottom navigation bar is a more streamlined design than the current one, closely following the material 3 guideline as well as being very convenient to use.
