This major update adds many new features:

Features:

  • MAJOR: Loading of older History entries can be pruned using a setting on the Settings Panel. This will limit reading entries if older than X days. This helps for obsessive players with very large journal history ;-) Set it to say 7 days and it will load less older history and make EDD more responsive

  • MAJOR: INARA. Syncing data to Inara now supported. In Commander settings (settings panel) set up your Inara name and API key, make sure sync to Inara is set. EDD will update Inara with details as you play. There will be about a 1 min delay to ensure we don't flood Inara with too much data. If you want to upload historical ship fleet details, there is an option in the Admin menu to do this.

  • MAJOR: 3rd party DLL support. EDD now supports a 3rd party DLL interface, allowing 3rd party DLL access to EDD history; to receive notifications of refresh, new journal events; to receive commands from action scripts and trigger action scripts. More details to follow on extra DLLs available

  • Voice Pack V8 - updated for match this version - please update via Add-Ons.

  • Settings panel re-organised to be more logical

  • Searching large data sets on travel/grid/starlist is quicker

  • Star list - if EDSM is enabled, it slowly (to prevent server load) queries the visible entries from EDSM and find any body data that is present for those entries

  • System Info panel now has an optional (you'll have to enable it manually) mission info list

  • Safe Mode (Hold Shift on running EDD) supports removing DLLs

  • Tooltips on Eng/Synth panels are more informative

Fixes:

  • Compass - fixed distance calculation
  • Recipe lists now taken from Frontier Data Dumps, Engineers from Corolis, and updated to fix.
  • Much more verboseness in Debug log. HTTP log written all the time.
  • Powerplay delivery text fixed for localisation.
  • Interdictor/Interdicted/Escape Interdiction text fixed for localisation.
  • Missions with cargo deliveries fixed to remove cargo from your manifest
