10.6 Adds support for Elite Dangerous 3.6

  • Add journal changes to journal events - crew/fsd/scan.
  • Add Was mapped and Was discovered to scan events - you can now see if its been previously mapped/discovered
  • Excel scan output of scans from scan panel now includes was mappped/discovered
  • Fixed problem with column resizing in scan grid
  • Updated Russian translation
  • Updated Polish translation
  • Be more defensive when reading the journal files - if we detect errors in reading we throw away the buffer
  • EDDN now gets the new journal fields
  • System Info panel - improved transparency support
  • Fix scan panel icon spacing to hopefully make it more readable
  • Fix scan panel font to be the same as the theme font
  • Fix Prob 2482 Coriolis export fails if a journal field is not present
  • Updated Inara intergration - it now gets powerplay rank correctly, and gets MissionCompleted Faction Effects
  • Added more bottom margin to large drop downs to allow for taskbar

Internal fixes

  • Modernise some SQLLite calls - remove ancient SQL Extensions
  • Add new UI hooks for LegalStatus for future use
  • Add new AltitudeFromAverageBodyRadius flag for position systems
