Allow users to reproduce the data use agreement they accepted

Once a user has accepted the data use agreement, can you allow them to view a printable copy of that agreement with their username and the date they accepted the agreement?

Let me know if this is too difficult? Maybe it could be an option under their username when they are logged in? WDYT?
