Step 4: Repay a Loan Installment

To repay a loan installment, follow these instructions:

Browse to your loan from the "Funded Loan Requests" menu and select your loan to be redirected to the loan page

You can repay the loan installment (or all installmets) by pressing "Pay Installment" (MetaMask will popup, adjust the Gas Price - Gwei for your needs and press "Submit"). Make sure you have enough Ethereum to repay the installment. Once the whole loan is repaid, you will receive your tokens back from the Smart Contract.

! Make sure you are using the same address from MetaMask on which you created the loan to be able to access the "Pay Installment" button

Mind that on the version 0.2.1 (Omura), repayment of an instalment does not affect the collateral loan-to-value ratio, which means that it does not reduce the risk of collateral call. On 0.3 Release, repayment of instalment reduces the loan-to-value ratio, which means that you are less likely to be collateral called when you repay an instalment.
