Step 5: Claim Collateral Tokens upon Default

If the borrower has not repaid the loan fully when the loan period has been expired, you can claim the collateral to sell it later by following these instructions:

  1. Wait that the loan period is expired

  2. Browse to the loan you have funded (make sure you are using the same MetaMask account you funded it)

  3. Press Claim tokens. MetaMask Should popup, confirm the transaction and after mining the tokens are transferred to your address.

You an hold or sell these token in an exchange such as EtherDelta
