RPG Maker version: RPG Maker 2003

EasyRPG-Player platform: Xubuntu 16.04 GNU/Linux
EasyRPG-Player version: 0.4.1 Self Build

Describe the issue in detail:
Picture commands are different behavior from original version(i.e. RPG_RT.exe)
This bug is also confirmed at current version.(Build from HEAD commit of master branch on GitHub)
