SCORE module is taking way too long #61

This will be an error in my perl scripts.

Some in this module are not needed any more, and other probably are written in "lazy" ways that are not efficient.

Taking 3-5 hours with 4CPU on myriad,,, and should not be this lengthy

Fixed in 95ec6ee

Now, it breaks the score module into one per comparison
