@bwbohl yes, thanks for pointing to the correct link.
since at the moment the content of CONTRIBUTING.md is more or maybe only a styleguide i want to support @riedde to document how to contribute etc and to put this information into the existing CONTRIBUTING.md. moreover i would like to see styleguide recommendations in another file named something like styleguides.md

The former content of this file (styleguide content) was moved to its own file STYLE-GUIDE.md with PR Edirom#404. Contribution guidelines were set up now.
