Document SleepScreenPath setting in xochitl.conf

This setting allows you to change your suspend screen and have it persist across OS upgrades. It seems to be added at some point in early 3.x (3.1 I believe). You have to restart xochitl for the change to take effect.

Example:

[General]
SleepScreenPath=/home/root/my-suspended.png

[Hades32]

This does not seem to take effect in 3.14

It appears to have been accidentally broken in one of the OS builds (3.13 somewhere). rM should be aware of it and have it on the list to fix at some point.
