Hi @EvanQuan , i know i’m too late but just in case we just released a little software that allow you to add scanlines diectly on windows very simply. Opacity is adjustable and png’s templates are editable with photoshop. No blur effect, only black lines. We did it initially for Pixel Art Games on PC. Here it is if you’re interested.

Adding scanlines would really push the retro arcade game aesthetic. I undoubtedly think this would contribute to a wow factor in the graphics.
