Rename daybreak_install.sh with dayctl with subcommands

Describe the solution you'd like

dayctl install # Same as daybreak_install.sh currently
dayctl build
dayctl test
dayctl memory_check

In a way, the current docker compose services can be translated into subcommands for dayctl, adding an install subcommand.
