Recursive depot load fails if there are non-PDS4 XML files in the tree #4

DataProducts.from_file() will throw a ValueError (pds4_tools.core at line 210), and aborts the entire depot load.

This should be caught along with TypeError and ExpatError at line 82 in depot.py.

I'll add a pull request for that shortly.
