Add increment multiplier field to make it easy to increment by 10 years, or half a day, or 42 hours

Add +/- buttons to increment/decrement year, day, and hour
Add increment multiplier field to make it easy to increment by 10 years, or half a day, or 42 hours
Using the buttons will update the UniversalTime field shown in seconds above the buttons.
