Related problem
Currently only preconfigs will run in C-PAC on brainlife

Proposed feature

We can set up to allow custom configs in C-PAC on brainlife by passing YAML as a multiline text input in the brainlife interface, saving that as a YAML file, and passing that YAML file to --pipeline_file
