No, I am not.

Did this game work previously ? Do you remember when ? Is it happening with other games ?
This is the only game it happens in to my knowledge. After typing in my preferred name and entering it, Kronos seems to stutter and then crash. Other games work fine, as far as I have seen.

If applicable, provide error messages, logs, screenshots, or whatever additional information that could help debugging this
I can describe what happens. I load into the game and everything works as intended, both on the Japanese version of the game and the English translation. I go to start a new game, then I enter my name and hit "End" to enter it. After I do that my cursor starts getting the spinning circle on it and I crash back to desktop.

Update, I forgot to mention this
The game also crashes when you sit in the main menu for too long, I assume there is some sort of transition. Makes me think there is an issue with loading in resources from the game, like maybe the sprites or 3D map itself.
