In the Cmake module, "SetFortranFlags.cmake",the -fno-underscoring flag creates compatibility issue for UNIX operating system like MacOSX . So, the -fno-underscoring flag is no longer used.

The -fno-underscoring flag creates a problem for the UNIX operating system (MacOSX ). It is hence removed.
