This release does not yet bring the much anticipated fix for Wii U USB Helper to be able to download 3DS content again, that is coming soon™.

Due to the previously mentioned certificate handling changes, if you've previously used USBHelperLauncher, you will need to re-trust the certificate. Though completely optional, you may remove the old one manually by using certmgr.msc or by removing it right clicking the tray icon and going to Advanced -> Remove Certificate before updating.
